If you have already created the draft and want to submit for review you can add {{subst:submit}} on the top of it.

Your article will first be created as a sources listing stored in the draft space. When you finish, you'll be able to submit your sources list for an evaluation by our volunteers and then proceed to draft writing and pulication. This option is the quickest way to write your first article. |

If you are a registered user, you may create your article directly in the article namespace. But we strongly recommend that you use Articles for Creation instead: doing so may grant more leeway with respect to various rules/policies/guidelines/best practices. |
