Template:Pascha

This template calculates the date of Easter according to Eastern Christianity. This year, for example, Easter falls on 5 May.

The template accepts two parameters.

• 1: The unnamed first parameter is the year for which the calculation is done (the default is the current year at UTC)
• format: Setting this to mdy will put the month first.

For example, {{pascha|2025|format=mdy}} gives "April 20".
