The concept of the '''larpfactories''' is to make sure there is at least one high quality, low treshold larp each month. It started with [[Laivfabrikken Oslo]] in June 2009, but has so far spread to Trondheim, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Umeå, Turku and Minsk. Not all the larpfactories are running as much as one larp a month, and there are local variations to the concept.
