clean up documentation subpage templates using AWB

This template simply returns the integer second on two digits (between 00 and 59) for the time in parameter.
; Syntax <nowiki>:</nowiki>
: <nowiki>{{</nowiki>{{BASEPAGENAME}}<nowiki>|</nowiki>''second''}}
* The ''second'' can be any valid numeric expression of a real number of seconds (this computed numeric value is processed modulo 60).
* Note that this template does not process time in ''hh:mm'' format (and still does not process time in ''hh:mm:ss'' format). This is only used for computed timestamps.
