This template provides attribution to the [[New South Wales State Heritage Register]] for articles containing CC-BY material from that register.
==Parameters==
It requires 5 parameters:
* name: the name of the entry in the New South Wales State Heritage Register
* dno: the database number of the entry in the [[New South Wales Heritage Database]] (used to construct the URL)
* id: the State Heritage Register number of the entry
* year: year of publication of the URL (normally the current year)
* accessdate: the date the entry was retrieved (normally today's date)
