This template is to be used on images on Commons that are locally uploaded and protected for being high-risk, to warn unaware admins that the image should not be unprotected or deleted.
The reason for protection should be specified using {{para|reason}}. If the image on Commons is under a different name for some reason, that may be specified using {{para|image}}.
