== Usage ==
This template is used to give a common text to all the subject subcategories of [[:Category:Wikipedia requested photographs]]. Just include <nowiki>{{Howtoreqphoto|first parameter}}</nowiki> at the top of the category page.
The '''first parameter''' is generally the full name for the subject as is used to create category names e.g. "cars".

* {{para|text}} (optional) - only needs to be put in if there is a shorter form that makes more sense in the main text.
* {{para|link}} (optional) - only needs to be put in if the Wikipedia page on the subject has a different name from the first parameter or the text parameter.
* {{para|portal}} - used if the related portal has a different name from the first parameter.
* {{para|comcat}} - used if the related Commons category has a different name from the first parameter.
