This template should be [[Wikipedia:Transclusion|transcluded]] as {{tl|HowtoreqphotoinEcuador}} and not substituted [[Wikipedia:Template substitution|{{subst:}}]] because it employs conditional code. Transclusion also allows easy updating of all the Project's talk pages without having to edit thousands of pages.
