The concept of the '''larp factories''' is to make sure there is at least one high quality, low treshold threshold larp each month. It started with [[Laivfabrikken Oslo]] in June [[2009]], but has so far spread to Trondheim, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Umeå, Turku , Helsinki, Minsk and MinskToulouse. Not all the larp factories are running as much as one larp a month, and there are local variations to the concept.
