'''Stefan Deutsch''' (born July 1, 1969) plays and facilitates larps since 1994. He was one of the initiators of the German MittelPunkt larp conference and currently lives in TanzaniaHamburg (Germany).
He has contributed to various Knutepunkt conferences since 2005 and also twice to the [[Nordic Larp Talks]] with "No training can replace experience" about his experience in using larp as a training method in capacity developmentand about Sailing Larps and there specific limitations and possibilities.

Stefan is from the vicinity of Bonn, Germany. In 2012 his wife started a job He used to live in Tanzania; after "commuting" for 2 years, he and now lives full-time in TanzaniaHamburg. They have He has two children, a daughter that was born in July 2014and a son born in 2016.
He started roleplaying in 1984 and went for his first larp (Legendsy) in 1994. It was a two-week vacation in Southern France and probably the worst larp he would ever attend. Since then he played in uncountable larps and started organizing and writing rules systems for larps in 1995.
