Emily Care Boss

Emily Care Boss is an acclaimed American game designer and theorist who created several romantic role-playing games including Breaking the Ice, Shooting the Moon and the jeepform-y Under my Skin. In 2007 she coined the word "bleed" at Ropecon. An important member of the Forge forums, she summarized much of the site's game theory in her essay "Key Concepts in Forge Theory," from the 2008 Knutebook Playground Worlds.
