This is the template sandbox page for Template:Proposed deletion/dated files (diff). |
Usage
The main template should not be used directly; {{subst:proposed deletion|reason}}
should be used instead. When in the file namespace, this subtemplate will automatically been chosen. The subst: part is important for technical reasons explained in that template's documentation. This template, "/dated files", should not be subst: itself (that is, do not use {{subst:proposed deletion/dated files|...}}
). Please remember to include an edit summary when proposing a page for deletion or removing the prod tag.
This template will categorize pages into Category:All files proposed for deletion and, if used correctly the appropriate dated sub-category (if used incorrectly it puts the article in Category:Proposed deletions needing attention instead). See Wikipedia:Proposed deletion for instructions.
