Usage

• Use on article talk pages to request a map for the article.
• Adds page to Category:Wikipedia requested maps.
  • To add map requests sorted by location, such as [[Category:Wikipedia requested maps in {{{1}}}]], write {{Map requested|{{{1}}}}}. For example: {{Map requested|Australia}} adds it to Category:Wikipedia requested maps in Australia.
    • To add an article to two location categories, use the format: {{Map requested|Australia|Mexico}}
    • To add an article to three location categories, use the format: {{Map requested|Australia|Mexico|Spain}}

• To specify what the map should cover, use the of or showing parameter: |of=borders in the 19th century vs. today
