Usage
Creates a link to the specified category. Canonalizes the displayed category name.
Example:
{{Cat|Stubs}}
→ Category:Stubs{{Cat|stubs}}
→ Category:Stubs{{Cat|cat:stubs}}
→ Category:Stubs{{Cat|category:stubs}}
→ Category:Stubs
