-Released on an ad hoc basis the communiqués of the Celtic larp Collective appear to be based on the type-written documents released by the English anarchist group the Angry Brigade.  They appear to be a mixture of a serious attempt to set out an approach to larp design, and a series of complex and obscure jokes.  The numbering system is taken from the British regional slang used by shepherds to count their sheep.  It is allegedly based on Brythonic - the language of the pre-Roman British tribes.
