This template produces the URL of a page describing a United States Senate rule on the United States Senate Committee on Rules and Administration web site (http://rules.senate.gov). The template takes a single positional parameter, the rule number.
Usage
{{US Senate Rule URL|number}}
- number is the rule number, expressed as a roman numeral. If omitted, generates the URL of the Senate rules index page.
Examples

https://www.rules.senate.gov/public/index.cfm?p=RuleXXII
