Overview

This template contains five parameters: url, article, author, accessdate, and id, in the following format:

Hidden category

Articles using this template will be added to the hidden category Category:Wikipedia articles incorporating text from the National Transportation Safety Board‎.

NTSB report IDs

Note that the id parameter should only be used for the official NTSB ID of a specific report, in cases where an article has included substantial material from that report. Report IDs commonly take the format of "NTSB/DOC-YY/XX", where "DOC" is a code indicating report type, "YY" is a number indicating the year the report was published, and "XX" is a document sequence for the given year.
