Lizzie Stark is an American journalist and author of the book Leaving Mundania: Inside the Transformative World of Live Action Role-playing Games (Chicago Review Press, 2012), which explains larp to a mainstream audience from a variety of angles. Although Leaving Mundania focuses primarily on larp in the US, the last two chapters deal with the author's trip to Knudepunkt 2011.
She also contributed an essay on American larp as emblematic of American national values to States of Play: Nordic Larp Around the World.
