This template provides attribution to the New South Wales Heritage Database for articles created using CC-BY licensed content from that database.
Parameters
It requires 5 parameters:
- name: the name of the entry in the New South Wales Heritage Database
- dno: the database number of the entry in the New South Wales Heritage Database (used to construct the URL)
- year: year of publication of the URL (normally the current year)
- accessdate: the date the entry was retrieved (normally today's date)
Example

which renders as:
This Wikipedia article was originally based on Robin Hood Farm, entry number 5045749 in the New South Wales Heritage Database published by the State of New South Wales and Office of Environment and Heritage 2018 under CC-BY 4.0 licence, accessed on 27 March 2018.
