I'm sorry, but Ithis rule sounds like a singularly Bad Idea. The odds of a player saying "don't X" and meaning just that (in- or off-character) rather than "please do more of X" are overwhelmingly high. Rules such as this are also easily abused (or perceived to be abused) by "strong" players trying to push others into playing beyond their comfort level, as we found when we tried a similar rule in Oslo in the late 90s.
