A representative technique to show that characters are having sex.

The more passive partner/s lie down on their back, and the more active partner/s sit on top of their stomach area, leaving most of their weight on their feet if in a squat or on their knees. Partners engage each other with arms and body, and both can request more intense play by gently "scratching" or gripping the other persons arm/s. To disengage the participants either get off the partner/s who are on the ground or the partner/s on the ground gently push the other participant away.

SHAG is often used in combination with "theater kiss/stage kiss" in which players simulate a kiss on the lips by placing one partners thumb between the lips and then kissing.
