Invoke this template like so:

{{duplicate file info| otheraddress=
| othertext=
}}

Fill in the duplicate file's name (with namespace) after "otheraddress=", and the file's description after "othertext=".

Caution

This template is added to many pages each day by User:Staeckerbot. Please make sure that any changes you make will not break any backwards compatibility with the existing inclusions.
