This image was uploaded as a JPEG, which is an acceptable file format. However, it displays high levels of JPEG artifacts due to excessive compression. If possible, please re-upload this image with less compression for higher quality, or consider uploading it in PNG format. Proper downsizing and compression can be performed with various image-editing software programs. After replacing this image with a higher quality version, please remove this tag. For more information, see Wikipedia:Preparing images for upload. |

Usage
- This template automatically adds images to Category:Images with excessive JPEG compression.
- This template should not be used for
- images in formats other than JPEG
- linear art-style graphics. Use {{ShouldBePNG}}, {{ShouldBeSVG}}, or {{BadJPEG}} for those images.
- animated images. JPEG does not support animation so GIF should be used instead
- images which contain strictly vector (non-raster) data. SVG should be used in this case. Use {{ShouldBeSVG}} for all such images.
