The technique "Mountains out of Molehills" (Swedish: Höna av en fjäder) was originally constructed by Mimmi Melkersson and Alma Elofsson for the future humoristic larp "Höns och Fjädrar" ("Mountains and Molehills"), in the Swedish fantasy larp campaign Aldoras.

It is a technique in which the players take all the playable problems, of their own and others, and blow them out of proportions.

Examples

  • "Oh, no! Is there a hole in your bucket? We have to gather all the villagers and try to see if we can find a good enough straw to fix it!"
  • "God! Could someone PLEASE follow me to the well? I get so terrified and lonely when I go all the hundred meters by myself!"
