Their target groups are young adults, teachers and pedagogues, NGO leaders and activists. They are cooperating with the "Flying University programme", which organizes courses on topics not generally raised in Belarusian academia.
POST has cooperated with people in the Norwegian larp scene since 2007. Among the projects POST has been co-organizing with Norwegian organizations are:
- The Larpwriter Challenge with Hyperion in 2008-9 and Fantasiforbundet from 2010-2012.
- The Larpwriter Summer School in 2012-13 with Fantasiforbundet
